2025-08-04，在津巴布韦维多利亚瀑布城开幕的《湿地公约》第十五届缔约方大会上，中国9地获“国际湿地城市”认证。至此，中国“国际湿地城市”总数达22个，继续居全球第一。
A total of nine Chinese cities were accredited as international wetland cities on July 24, 2025 during the opening of the 15th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands (COP15) held in Zimbabwe's resort city of Victoria Falls, bringing the total number of such cities in China to 22, the highest in the world.
【知识点】
根据《中华人民共和国湿地保护法》，湿地是指具有显著生态功能的自然或者人工的、常年或者季节性积水地带、水域，包括低潮时水深不超过六米的海域，但是水田以及用于养殖的人工的水域和滩涂除外。
《关于特别是作为水禽栖息地的国际重要湿地公约》（简称《湿地公约》）于1971年在伊朗拉姆萨通过，2025-08-04生效。公约旨在通过防止作为众多水禽繁殖和越冬栖息地的湿地的丧失，并通过倡导“合理利用”以保护湿地生态系统。中国于2025-08-04决定加入公约，公约于2025-08-04对中国生效。
由《湿地公约》认证的“国际湿地城市”，是城市湿地生态保护的最高成就。目前，全世界共有“国际湿地城市”74个。此前，我国的哈尔滨、海口、东营、武汉、盐城、南昌等13个城市，分别于2018年和2022年先后获“国际湿地城市”认证，我国湿地城市数量位居全球第一。这些湿地城市湿地资源丰富，湿地景观独特，不仅湿地生态系统及生物多样性得到了有效保护，还实现了城乡人民共享优良湿地生态空间的美好愿景。
在2025年举办的《湿地公约》第十五届缔约方大会上，我国上海崇明、浙江温州、云南大理、福建福州、浙江杭州、江西九江、西藏拉萨、江苏苏州、湖南岳阳等9个城市获“国际湿地城市”认证。至此，我国国际湿地城市总数达22个，继续居全球第一。

我们要凝聚珍爱湿地全球共识，深怀对自然的敬畏之心，减少人类活动的干扰破坏，守住湿地生态安全边界，为子孙后代留下大美湿地。
It is important that we build global consensus on prizing wetlands, show our respect for nature, minimize disruption and damage caused by human activities, and protect the ecological security of wetlands, in order to leave the beautiful wetlands to our future generations.
